Ina’s Perfect Roast Chicken recipe is also known as “Jeffrey’s Roast Chicken” if you’ve watched any episodes of Barefoot Contessa. Apparently this is one of her husband’s favorites (she makes it every Friday), so you know it’s full of love.

Listed on the Barefoot Contessa website, under Ina and Jeffery’s Valentine’s Day dinner, is a recipe for raspberry cheesecake. I mean, how much more romantic can you get?Getty

Forget chocolate martinis or played-out cosmos — Ina has a recipe for a frozen paloma that will make you feel all the romantic feels thanks to the bright, pretty color of the drink and how light and fun it is.

Anything bite-sized counts as romantic because you can fill up a platter and sit on the couch for the best treats and the best snuggles. Ina’s fig and goat cheese toasts look super fancy, but are easy to make, and so delish.izhairguns/E+/Getty Images
The colors of Ina’s balsamic roasted beet salad can really make a romantic dinner, and it looks super fancy and fussy without being too much trouble for you. Also goat cheese, balsamic, and roasted beets? So good.Shutterstock
Profiteroles just sound romantic, don’t they? These are such a fun treat to make for you and your valentine and if you want to get real steamy, you can have some fun with the melted chocolate. (Or run the dishwasher together, both are hot.)Shutterstock
I mean, if you put “truffled” in the name, it’s bound to be a good romantic meal. Ina’s truffled mac and cheese looks so decadent and gooey, and is the ultimate comfort meal.Shutterstock

Cooking for your partner is just so romantic on its own, and Ina makes me think of Julia Child cooking for her own husband Paul. Combine the two vibes with Ina’s beef bourguignon and make a hearty, cozy, romantic dinner.
