To any girls listening to me now, I say you can do it. You just have to be the first — the first to share your story, your advice, your words — and people will follow.

A successful competition for me is always going out there and putting 100 percent into whatever I’m doing. It’s not always winning.

People, I think, mistake that it’s just [about] winning. Sometimes it could be. But for me, it’s hitting the best sets I can, gaining confidence, and having a good time, and having fun.
It’s OK to say, ‘I need help.’ There’s nothing wrong with that.

Together, we can inspire every girl to find her voice, to dream big, to create her own definition of beauty, to believe in her power, to find her purpose, to imagine a better future. If I can do it, she can do it, too.
We’re just all struggling to find out who we are and what we’re good at, rather than what society tells us what we need to do.

I just hope that kids growing up watching this don't or aren't ashamed of being good at whatever they do... I want kids to learn that, yes, it's okay to acknowledge that you're good or even great at something.
What are we going to do about it? Am I going to sit here, moping around, or am I going to try to gear up and get ready and change my mindset?

Check on your mental health. Make sure you put that first. If you’re not mentally right, you won’t have the motivation to do anything and move forward.
I'd rather regret the risks that didn't work out than the chances I didn't take at all.

I want to see how much I’m capable of. People always question, ‘if you’re so good and you’re so ahead of the game, why do you keep upgrading?’ It's because it’s for me and I can.
If you're not having fun, it’s not worth it.
