33 Mom Memes To Help You Laugh Through The Exhaustion

Because if you’re not laughing, you’re possibly crying.

by Ashley Ziegler

I probably don’t have to tell you that being a mom is hard, because our everyday look of leggings, a messy bun, and dark circles under our eyes makes it pretty clear. With all of the mental and physical exhaustion that comes with parenting, it’s always comforting to come across some good mom memes because they not only make you laugh but also help you feel understood. Not to mention, taking a few minutes to scroll through some funny memes is a welcome break from fetching snacks and temper tantrums.

As a mom to a toddler and preschooler, I walk through most days feeling (and looking) like a total zombie because I can’t remember the last time I actually felt rested. There are crumbs in basically every crevice of my home, toys covering my floors, and countless leftovers in my fridge of dinners my kids insisted on me making only to refuse to eat once they were actually ready. I am in what the veteran moms call “the weeds,” and even though I know that most moms can relate, it’s still really isolating at times. That’s why it feels so good to read through mom memes because they’re hilarious reminders that I’m not alone in this hot mess stage of parenthood.

So, if you’re having a day where you’re feeling lonely, a little brain-dead, or just could use a good laugh, here are some very relatable memes to remind you that we are all on this ride together.
