Caroline Chirichella

Caroline Chirichella is a former New Yorker now living and working in Southern Italy as a chef and freelance writer. She has written for Shape, Parents, Newsday, The Daily News, Grand Magazine, Romper, etc. She is a mom to a perfect little girl whom all refer to as "The Meatball" and likes baking chocolate chips cookies (and eating them) in her free time.
